Integrating Awareness into Therapy

In our fast-paced world, it's easy to feel disconnected from our true selves and the deeper meaning of our lives. Psychosynthesis offers a holistic and transformative path towards rediscovering your authentic essence, integrating all aspects of your being, and creating a life of purpose and fulfilment.

As a Psychosynthesis counsellor, I am passionate about guiding individuals on a journey of reconnection to who they truly are. This disconnection can manifest through a variety of symptoms which include:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Disordered eating 

  • Chronic fatigue syndrome 

  • Existential struggles

  • Identity struggles

  • Loneliness 

  • Feeling lost

  • Loss of hope

I provide a nurturing and non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore your inner world, and get to the core of what is troubling you.

Complimenting psychosynthesis I use a trauma informed approach to therapy developed by Dr Gabor Maté called Compassionate Inquiry. Compassionate Inquiry prides itself on building true relational safety, exploring the depths of an individuals suffering through curiosity, compassionate and love.
